This is a one-off fun, friendly 2.5 hour class for mums. It will teach you very simple techniques that will ensure that you meet your own needs as well as those of your child.

As mums tend to be the main carer of a new baby, this class has been exclusively designed around their needs. As a result, it is only mums who attend, without their babies or partners.
I encourage women to attend during pregnancy so that they have the skills and techniques at their fingertips, ready to help them ease more happily into motherhood. If that's not possible, mums of babies and children of ANY age are welcome to attend. If you have a very young child, and attending a 2.5 hour course without baby is not possible, contact me to discuss alternative options.
Mums-to-be are regularly subjected to negative stories and anecdotes about the horrors of sleep deprivation and bombarded with conflicting, if well-meaning, advice on caring for a newborn from older relatives, friends and medical professionals.
Welcoming a baby into the family should be one of the most joyful times of your life and my HypnoMothering® classes can help make that a reality.
ANY mums who sometimes feel overwhelmed and stressed - perhaps with a toddler who throws tantrums - can come along and learn how to take back control and stay calm in the face of adversity.
You will learn self-hypnosis, breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you shed negative emotions. I will show you how by putting yourself on the 'priority list' you can be the best mother you can be for your child, or children.
Included in the cost of the class are eight professionally produced MP3s and eight handouts to reinforce the skills and techniques you will learn and for you to share with partners back home.
The class is also a chance to have a friendly and supportive chat with other mums and mums-to-be.
The class will free you from the negative, competitive elements that sometimes come with motherhood. You will learn tools and skills to maximise opportunities for rest and support from others and ways to still honour the person you were before you became a mum.
